April 4th- My soon to be in-laws threw my Fiance and I an engagement party. It was the first time both of our families merged together. It was so amazing to have everyone together in one place. We are so blessed.
And these beautiful flowers my Fiancé’s twin brother and his wife sent us.
April 5th- Easter! Since we had our engagement party the day prior, we pretty much celebrated both together.
We had Taco Bell as our Easter dinner lol
April 10th- It is just a Starbucks lunch on the outside. But, on the inside I am trying to romticisize my life. Just trying to take a step back and take it all in, rather than rolling through the motions of day to day life.
April 11th- Took my sisters senior prom photos. She looked beautiful! I cannot believe that my youngest sibling is off to college next year.
April 15th- This seems so dumb but mt really made me laugh. I cannot seem to figure out why there is a turkey just hanging around the city. It really makes me giggle.

April 18th- Got some new patio furniture! I made a small potted plant and then repotted all of our indoor plants. When my Fiance and I first started dating, we used to sit on his back patio and have coffee together. That’s something we wanted to bring back.
April 19th- Did some crafting. My first attempt at making bookmarks! I also re-decorated my little craft room. I got a new cabinet and organized the area!
April 25th- My Fiance and I went to brunch with our good friends. They also just got engaged so it was fun to be able to tell each other the stories and share ideas of what’s to come!!
April 27th- My phone started doing this insane thing where the screen turned all pink and blue. I got fed up and went and bought a new one. I am SO proud of myself that I am able to buy something when I need it and I am reasonable about buying these things.
My high of March- our engagement party. Being able to be surrounded by friends and family, laughing, sharing stories. I am so excited for our wedding!!
